How it works:
Phenomenal Aire produces an electric field filled with highly charged ions. Larger amounts of ions occur in natural environments like mountain tops which is why the air is purer. The ions act as a natural scrubbing agent for the air passing through the field. The ionization process then breaks down harmful organisms into molecular components and safely kills viruses, mold and bacteria by robbing them of the hydrogen atoms they need to survive. This new system is suited for office space with high potential for the spread of airborne diseases as it helps to provide a healthy building environment and reduce occupational hazards caused by these contaminants.
Elevator Air Purifying
Thyssenkrupp’s air purifying device with Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization technology helps to provide clean and healthy air inside of the elevators at HALL Park. The technology uses an electronic charge to create a high concentration of positive and negative ions. The generated ions travel through air inside the elevators and attach themselves to virus and bacteria, rendering them inactive and unable to replicate.
Along with Health and Wellness, security is a top priority at HALL Park. Our on-site security team is available 24/7, 365 days a year to provide a safe environment for our guests and tenants. The security team will provide requested walking escorts to vehicles at night. Tenants are also provided with a dedicated security number that is available for those in need of assistance at anytime. In addition to our dedicated security staff, video surveillance is located at the entry and exit points of each building and parking garage at HALL Park.
