There’s something special about spring in Frisco — the evenings grow golden, the patios fill up, and the energy shifts. At HALL Park, that seasonal shift comes with a full lineup of programming, outdoor events, and warm-weather experiences that make this 162-acre mixed-use campus one of the best places in the DFW Metroplex to soak up the season.

Whether you’re looking for after-work concerts, family-friendly markets, or a weekend stroll through world-class sculpture gardens, spring at HALL Park delivers. Here’s your guide to what’s happening right now — and what to look forward to in the weeks ahead.

Free Events, Every Week of the Season

Nestled within HALL Park, Kaleidoscope Park has become the heartbeat of Frisco’s cultural life since its grand opening in 2024. This spring, the park’s signature recurring programs are back in full force — and they’re all completely free and open to the public.

Managed by the Kaleidoscope Park Foundation in partnership with the City of Frisco, the park offers something for every kind of visitor: music lovers, families, fitness enthusiasts, and local art shoppers alike.

Live After 5 — Every Thursday, 6:00–8:00 PM

Presented by New York Life Insurance – North Dallas, Live After 5 returned on March 12 and runs every Thursday evening at the Community Stage. This laid-back after-work series is the perfect way to decompress mid-week, featuring live performances by Melody of Hope musicians alongside local food trucks and interactive lawn games like Jenga and cornhole. Bring a blanket, grab a bite, and let the music do the rest.

Friday Night Date Night — First Friday of Each Month, 7:00 PM

New for 2026, Friday Night Date Night launched on March 6 and takes place every first Friday of the month. Designed for connection, creativity, and a little friendly competition, the evening features great music, BYOB, and interactive experiences like wine tastings, craft activities, and lawn games. Whether you’re celebrating something special or just looking for a reason to get out, this one’s worth putting on the calendar.

Kaleidoscope Live — First Saturday of Each Month, 7:00–9:00 PM

Kaleidoscope Live is the park’s signature First Saturday Concert Series, showcasing top North Texas cover bands across genres for unforgettable performances under the stars. The spring lineup is stacked:

  • April 4 — Jukebox Heroes
  • May 2 — ABBA tribute
  • June 6 — Kraig Parker

All concerts are free and open to the public. Note that performances are subject to cancellation if inclement weather could damage performers’ instruments or equipment.

SaturYAY — Every Saturday, 10:00 AM–12:00 PM

Kick off every Saturday morning with SaturYAY, a family-friendly series on the Performance Lawn that blends playful activities with hands-on learning. Partners like Adventure Kids and The Little Gym help bring each week to life with storytime, arts and crafts, airbrush art, lawn games, outdoor education shows, and more. And once a month — every third Saturday — the petting zoo makes a special appearance. It’s a weekend staple the whole family will look forward to.

Fitness Classes — Every Saturday Morning

Powered by official health and wellness sponsor Baylor Scott & White Health, Kaleidoscope Park’s free outdoor fitness classes are back every Saturday. Grab your mat, bring a friend, and get moving in one of the most beautiful settings in Frisco. See the full schedule here.

Shop Local Vendor Market — March 21st, April 18th, May 16th – 10:00 AM–4:00 PM

Presented by Comerica Bank, the Shop Local Vendor Markets feature a curated mix of local artisans and child-led businesses on select Saturdays throughout the season at the Performance Lawn. It’s a great way to discover one-of-a-kind finds while supporting small businesses right here in the community.

Easter Weekend at Kaleidoscope Park

This Easter weekend, Kaleidoscope Park is pulling out all the stops with two very special events – one for the whole family and one for the whole community.

Easter Egg Hunt – Saturday, April 4th | 1 PM – 4 PM

Hop into spring at Kaleidoscope Park’s Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 4! Bring the little ones to the Performance Lawn for an age-organized hunt filled with colorful eggs, live bunnies, a visit from the Easter Bunny mascot, hands-on crafts, and interactive games. It’s a full afternoon of seasonal fun the kids won’t forget.

Tickets are $10 per person and can be purchased in advance online. Tip: arrive early at 10:00 AM to catch SaturYAY before the egg hunt kicks off!

Easter Sunrise Service – Sunday, April 5th | 6:30 AM – 7:45 AM

In collaboration with Life-Changing Faith Christian Fellowship and New Life Community Church, the park will host a community Easter Sunrise Service on the Performance Lawn from 6:30 to 7:45 a.m. Led by Pastor Dono Pelham and Pastor James M. Hutchinson, the service brings people together for worship music, an inspirational message, and communion — all at sunrise, in the heart of the park. The community is warmly invited to gather for this free, open-to-all morning of reflection, hope, and renewal.

Just steps from Kaleidoscope Park, the HALL Park Hotel is bringing its own flavor to the season. Stretch & Sip with Carrie’s Pilates — Starting May 17 – September | 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM

A brand new series launching this spring, Stretch & Sip at HALL Park Hotel pairs an outdoor Pilates session with Carrie’s Pilates with a refreshing post-workout sip. Running from May through September, it’s the kind of Saturday morning ritual that makes the whole week feel better. Check the event page on HALL Park Hotel’s website for class dates and details.

Three Miles of Trails, 200+ Works of Art

Spring is the best time to explore HALL Park’s legendary outdoor art collection. With one-third of the campus dedicated to green space and three miles of walking and jogging trails, the warmer months invite you to slow down and take it all in.

The Texas Sculpture Garden — the world’s largest private collection of contemporary Texas sculpture made available to the public — sits on four prime acres and showcases work from prominent Texas artists, sourced from the private collection of Craig and Kathryn Hall. Strolling through it on a clear spring morning is genuinely something special.

Don’t miss the Butterfly Rest Stop, the immersive aerial sculpture by acclaimed artist Janet Echelman that serves as the visual centerpiece of Kaleidoscope Park. With the kids’ play area, splash pad, and dog park all coming to life this time of year, there’s plenty to explore for every member of the family.
