History

A Defining Piece of Frisco’s Business Development

Going against the grain takes vision, commitment and confidence. Craig Hall bought the land that is now HALL Park in 1989, back when no other developer was considering Frisco. What started as an office park has grown into a 162-acre mixed-use campus with 16 office buildings, a boutique hotel, one residential community with another coming soon, Kaleidoscope Park and more than 200 works of contemporary art. It also has more tenants than the entire city had residents at the time.
