Q&A with Hans Ritten and Nicole Xie

As we get closer to the opening of the HALL Park Hotel, Autograph Collection this fall, we sat down with General Manager Hans Ritten and Director of Sales and Marketing Nicole Xie to talk about what’s coming: from new food delivery options for HALL Park tenants to what’s sure to be the best place for a glass of wine in Frisco this fall and the hotel’s diverse (and gorgeous) meeting spaces.  Enjoy!

Tell us a little about HALL Park Hotel and what HALL Park office tenants can expect from this boutique hotel.

Hans Ritten: HALL Park Hotel will offer both luxury and lifestyle amenities, including exceptional food and beverage service at our Northern Italian restaurant and lounge, and a laidback rooftop pool and bar overlooking Kaleidoscope Park. Additionally, the hotel will feature versatile indoor and outdoor event space, including a 4,000 square-foot ballroom.

From world-class art and fine wine to best-in-class service, we can’t wait to open our doors this fall and share this special place with our HALL Park neighbors.

What makes HALL Park Hotel stand out from other hotels in Frisco and the surrounding community?

HR: The heart of HALL Park Hotel weaves together two great passions: art and wine allowing guests to enjoy a world-class art collection and indulge in fine wines.

We will be the first Marriott Autograph Collection hotel in Frisco and the first lifestyle hotel in the Frisco/Plano area. In addition to art and wine, we are all about creating fun and memorable experiences for our guests and our close partnership with Kaleidoscope Park will allow them to enjoy a dynamic six-acre green space with year-round events in addition to our curated on-site events.

Tell us more about your event spaces? How do you envision tenants utilizing these spaces for meetings, conferences, or corporate events?

Nicole Xie: They are going to be stunning. Our light-filled meeting and conference spaces will elevate every meeting and special event for our HALL Park tenants. From the beautiful large ballroom to our intimate, posh boardroom, and amazing outdoor terraces, every occasion, from corporate events to milestone celebrations, will have a beautiful backdrop and our staff working to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly.

HALL Park tenants receive waived meeting room rental fees if minimum food and beverage is spent, complimentary Wi-Fi in meeting spaces, and 15% off the published banquet menu (excluding alcohol.)

HALL Park Hotel has a large selection of apartment-style suites, tell us more about  “The Reserve Suites”.

HR: Our 60 Reserve Suites provide a true home-away-from-home experience. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, our modern design, upscale amenities, and thoughtful touches will ensure a relaxing stay. From fully equipped kitchenettes to cozy living areas, our suites are designed to cater to your every need and were designed with HALL Park businesses in mind, creating a welcoming and convenient hotel option for visiting colleagues and guests.

What dining options will be available at HALL Park Hotel? Will there be an option for take-out or delivery for tenants?

HR: Our chef-driven restaurant and lounge is inspired by the cuisine of Northern Italy and will feature outdoor park side seating and an exhibition-style kitchen. The lounge will offer a robust wine list and elevated bar fare, providing the perfect afterwork or weekend spot to unwind with a glass of great wine.

HALL Park tenants will have take-out and delivery options, including house-made pasta dishes and pizzas cooked in our wood-fired oven. We are also working on a bike delivery service for HALL Park tenants.

Hall Park tenants will receive a15% discount at our restaurant (excluding alcohol), Sunday through Thursday.
