Office Space, Reimagined
A new 10-story Class A office tower is coming to HALL Park, delivering more than 200,000 square feet of premium workspace. The building features 31 designer-curated, move-in-ready spec suites ranging from 2,000–5,000 SF, each with a private terrace, along with four full floors of customizable core and shell space, and a amenity level with a bar, lounge, and outdoor terrace overlooking Kaleidoscope Park.
Expanding Frisco's Cultural Landscape
Since its grand opening in October 2024, Kaleidoscope Park has become one of North Texas’s premier public gathering spaces. Now, a $14 million expansion — in partnership with the City of Frisco, HALL Group, Kaleidoscope Park Foundation, and the Frisco Community Development Corporation — will add approximately 1.4 acres and take the park to a new level.
The expansion enhances both the everyday experience and the park’s capacity to host large-scale events, festivals, and cultural programming year-round — free and open to all.
Coming Early 2027
Tango Room will deliver a modern steakhouse with a warm, intimate spirit. Expect signature dishes including premium steaks and fresh pastas, a robust wine list, and a private dining room perfect for celebrations or unforgettable nights out.
Coming Early 2027
Commissary is a café, bakery, gelateria, espresso bar, and neighborhood market offering breakfast favorites, brunch, grab-and-go lunches, fresh pastries, gelato, beer and wine, and catering for breakfast and lunch meetings.
HALL Park is breaking ground on two major projects: The Terraces Hall Park, a 10-story Class A office tower with over 200,000 sq ft of premium workspace, and a $14 million expansion of Kaleidoscope Park. Both projects are part of the next phase of the multibillion-dollar masterplan, with delivery anticipated in 2028.
Approximately 60% of The Terraces will be delivered as move-in-ready spec suites sized for small- to mid-sized businesses, including professional services firms, family offices, and boutique legal practices. The remaining 40% will be customizable shell space for larger users seeking a bespoke headquarters environment.
The expansion adds approximately 1.4 acres to the public park, including additional landscaped areas, an enhanced performance lawn, a water feature, a large outdoor video screen, and a performance stage — all designed to support expanded free public programming and community events.
Headington Companies is bringing Tango Room and Commissary — two acclaimed Dallas dining destinations — to HALL Park in 2027. Both will be located directly across from Kaleidoscope Park beneath the Monarch residential tower.
Kaleidoscope Park celebrated its Grand Opening in October 2024. It offers free, year-round public programming including markets, live performances, and recreational activities, alongside monumental public art, a children’s play area, a dog park, and outdoor workspaces. The park is owned by the City of Frisco and operated by the Kaleidoscope Park Foundation as a nonprofit.
