More Is Coming to HALL Park

HALL Park is entering the next phase of its multi-billion-dollar masterplan. Construction will begin June 2026 on a new Class A office tower and a $14 million expansion of Kaleidoscope Park, and Tango Room and Commissary from Headington Companies are coming to HALL Park, located below The Monarch Residences and steps from Kaleidoscope Park, The Tower, and HALL Park Hotel.

The district continues to evolve into a fully realized, walkable community where world-class work, culture, green space, and hospitality exist side by side. With The Terraces HALL Park and the expanded Kaleidoscope Park delivering in 2028, the vision for what HALL Park can be is coming into full view.

The Terraces HALL Park

A new 10-story Class A office tower is coming to HALL Park, delivering more than 200,000 square feet of premium workspace. The building features 31 designer-curated, move-in-ready spec suites ranging from 2,000–5,000 SF, each with a private terrace, along with four full floors of customizable core and shell space, and a amenity level with a bar, lounge, and outdoor terrace overlooking Kaleidoscope Park.

Kaleidoscope Park

Since its grand opening in October 2024, Kaleidoscope Park has become one of North Texas’s premier public gathering spaces. Now, a $14 million expansion — in partnership with the City of Frisco, HALL Group, Kaleidoscope Park Foundation, and the Frisco Community Development Corporation — will add approximately 1.4 acres and take the park to a new level.

The expansion enhances both the everyday experience and the park’s capacity to host large-scale events, festivals, and cultural programming year-round — free and open to all.
