A New Boomtown
Ahead of Its Time
HALL Group has always looked ahead of trends and gone against the grain. In the late 1980s, the company purchased 160 acres of undeveloped land in Frisco, Texas when the city’s population was a mere 6,000 people. Despite the hesitation of the Dallas real estate community at the time, company leaders believed that the expansion of Dallas would continue to move north. In 1997, HALL Group broke ground on the first building of what is today HALL Office Park.
Frisco Booms
Growth in early 2000s
Rapid development continued at HALL Office Park in the early 2000s as Frisco grew dramatically. Between 2001 and 2007, 11 new buildings were constructed, bringing the park to 1.8 million total square feet.
The campus added new roads, lakes, landscaping and the Texas Sculpture Garden, the largest private collection of contemporary Texas sculpture made available to the public. With over 200 works of art throughout the park and a unique, tranquil setting in nature, HALL Park had fulfilled its vision to become an office park unlike any other in the market.
HALL Park
Reimagined
Today, HALL Park is a vibrant mixed-use community, featuring 15 office buildings and home to 175+ thriving companies. The City of Frisco has grown to over 250,000 residents, transforming the area from rural roots into a dynamic mid-sized American city over the past three decades.
With Frisco’s rapid growth and new surrounding developments, HALL Park has established itself as a premier hub for work, living, and leisure. The community now features a Class AAA office tower, a boutique hotel and suites, a luxury residential tower, restaurants, and Kaleidoscope Park—a 5.7-acre, programmed, community-focused green space promoting wellness, walkability, and connection, developed in partnership with the City of Frisco and Communities Foundation of Texas.
