Dallas developer Craig Hall is knocking down two office buildings in his Frisco business park to make way for a new mixed-use development. The 162-acre Hall Park on the west side of the Dallas North Tollway at Gaylord Parkway includes 2.5 million square feet of offices that house thousands of workers.
