Developer launches first phase of a $7 billion redevelopment of Frisco’s Hall Park

Dallas developer Hall Group is kicking off a $7 billion redevelopment of the company’s 162-acre Frisco office park. Located at the Dallas North Tollway and Gaylord Parkway, Hall Park was started in the 1990s and includes more than 2 million square feet of offices in more than a dozen buildings. It’s Frisco’s largest office employment center with more than 10,000 workers
