Frisco is one step closer to getting a performing arts center. The Frisco City Council voted unanimously Tuesday to enter into an agreement to build a performing arts center at Hall Park, according to a news release. “This is something our community has been dreaming about for years,” Mayor Jeff Cheney said in the release.
