Frisco is one step closer to having its very own performing arts center. On Tuesday night the City Council unanimously approved an agreement for an estimated $129 million project that includes the city, Frisco ISD and the Hall Group that will result in a performing arts center, park and supporting multi-story parking garage on the Hall Park development.
