A local insurance agency is moving from Addison to a new 16-story office tower in Frisco’s Hall Park.

Brightline Dealer Advisors LLC signed a 10-year lease earlier this month for 10,601 square feet at The Tower, a 400,000-square-foot building located at 6605 Warren Pkwy., according to a recent announcement.

Formed in 2021 through the merger of Risk Theory Dealer Advisors and TrueRisk Advisors, BDA provides property and casualty insurance, employee benefits and other services to automotive dealers.

The move aligns with the company’s focus on culture, collaboration and future growth, according to the announcement. The new headquarters will include a training facility for Brightline Academy, a program aimed at helping dealerships increase profits, develop strong leadership, reduce staff turnover and scale operations.

The company plans to move into the new space by November. The company did not respond to a request for more information, but the firm’s LinkedIn profile indicates it has more than 50 employees.

“We wanted a premier space that could support our multifaceted objectives — hosting current and prospective dealers, delivering best-in-class training, and attracting top talent,” BDA President and CEO Eric Dragoo said in a statement. “The Tower at Hall Park checked every box.”

The Tower is one of the newer buildings at Hall Park, a longtime office complex that developer Craig Hall aims to turn into more of a mixed-use hub. Dallas-based Austin Commercial Inc. was the general contractor and Dallas-based HKS Inc. was the architect for the building, which wrapped up construction near the end of 2024.

In addition to The Tower, other elements of Hall’s $7 billion mixed-use plan include new residential, retail, and hospitality spaces, plus a 5.7-acre community park that opened last fall. Other recent additions include The Monarch, a 214-apartment high-rise.

The Tower offers amenities including a fitness center, a private corporate lounge and an outdoor hospitality deck.

Yogurt and dairy company Chobani LLC was among the first tenants to sign a lease in the building. Kim Butler, executive vice president at Hall Group, did not disclose how much of the building is currently leased but said the company is seeing demand from technology, professional services and consumer goods companies.

More than 289,000 square feet of space is still available, according to the Hall Park website — or about 70% of the building.

“The Tower’s direct connection to the Hall Park Hotel has been a key differentiator in today’s office market and a major draw for businesses looking for more flexible, amenity-driven work environments,” Butler said in an email.

Brokers on the BDA lease included Michael Griffin of Transwestern Real Estate.
