DALLAS, TEXAS – Dallas-based HALL Group has announced that Public Storage, one of the nation’s largest and most recognized self-storage real estate investment trusts, will relocate its corporate headquarters from Glendale, California, to HALL Park in Frisco, Texas later this year.

HALL Park was developed on land purchased by HALL Group founder and CEO Craig Hall in the late 1980’s and became one of the first major office developments in what is now Frisco’s booming corporate corridor. Today, the 162-acre campus is home to nearly 200 companies and 8,000 employees, ranging from entrepreneurial ventures to global enterprises.

“Public Storage is an exceptional company with an outstanding legacy of performance, innovation, and leadership,” said Craig Hall. “We are incredibly proud they have chosen HALL Park as their new corporate home. Their presence strengthens this community, and we look forward to supporting their continued growth and success here in Frisco.”

The move reflects Public Storage’s long-term commitment to expanding its presence in one of the fastest-growing business regions in the country while joining a thriving community of innovative companies in North Texas.

“We’re proud to welcome Public Storage to HALL Park and the city of Frisco,” said Ben Brewer, Chief Operating Officer of HALL Group. “This relocation is another powerful example of the momentum Frisco continues to build as a top headquarters destination. It speaks to the strength of this region, the vision behind HALL Park, and the future we are creating here.”

HALL Park is in its second phase of a $7 billion masterplan transformation from a traditional office park into a next-generation mixed-use community, one of the most significant redevelopments in North Texas. The campus is evolving into a fully integrated destination with new hospitality, residential, retail, office, and lifestyle offerings designed to support today’s workforce and the companies that attract it.
