Why HALL Park Is More Than a Headquarters | Ruiz Foods
Ruiz Foods is just one of the many companies that have found their home at HALL Park. Stay tuned for more tenant testimonials as we continue to share the stories of the businesses and people that make this community what it is.
When Ruiz Foods relocated its headquarters from Dinuba, California to HALL Park in Frisco, TX, the company needed a base central enough to serve manufacturing facilities and customers across three regions. What President and CEO Kimberli Carroll found once her team settled in was something else entirely: a campus that turned a new headquarters into part of the community around it.
Frisco: “The Hub for All Things Fun”
Choosing a headquarters is rarely just about square footage, and for Ruiz Foods, part of the decision came down to what’s just outside the front door. “Frisco is kind of the hub for all things fun, as we know,” Carroll said. “It’s just really the proximity of restaurants, The Star, any type of sporting event — there’s just so many things to do in the area.”
HALL Park adds another layer on top of that, according to Carroll. “HALL makes it even more fun for the team that’s here because there’s stuff that pops up all the time,” she said. “I think that our team really appreciates that all of that is here on this campus.”
From Tenant to Neighbor
Carroll is quick to credit the HALL Park team directly for how smooth that transition has been. “I definitely want to thank you all because I think the team here at HALL Park has done a really nice job, not of just embracing us as tenants to this space, but introducing us to the community,” she said. Ruiz Foods has since used HALL Park’s landscaped outdoor areas to host its own events, one of the small, deliberate ways the campus invites tenants to put down roots rather than simply occupy space.
Kaleidoscope Park: A Hop, Skip, and a Jump to Connection
Since Kaleidoscope Park opened next door, Carroll said it’s become one of the easiest ways for her team to connect with the people around them. “Since Kaleidoscope Park has opened, that’s really just a hop, skip, and a jump over to have really an opportunity to connect with one another,” she said. “Lots of great things going on, really close, and it makes it great for us to be connected to everyone in the community.”
An Exciting Future Already Taking Shape
If HALL Park already delivers this much value today, the future of HALL Park is set to raise the bar even further. Construction is underway on The Terraces HALL Park, a new 10-story Class A office tower delivering more than 200,000 square feet of premium workspace, including 31 designer-curated, move-in-ready spec suites, each with its own private terrace. A $14 million expansion of Kaleidoscope Park is also underway in partnership with the City of Frisco, adding roughly 1.4 acres, a performance stage, an outdoor video screen, and a water feature, all free and open to the public year-round. For a team like Ruiz Foods’, that means even more space to meet, connect, and build the kind of community Carroll says has made HALL Park feel like home.
Why Frisco, TX Works for a Growing National Brand
HALL Park sits along the Dallas North Tollway in the heart of Frisco, TX, giving Ruiz Foods’ team same-day access to manufacturing facilities across California, Texas, and South Carolina, along with closer proximity to customers and easier access to talent in consumer products, IT, and marketing. It’s a combination that’s hard to find: the connectivity of a major business corridor with the day-to-day texture of a real neighborhood. Companies weighing office space in North Texas can see more of what that combination looks like on HALL Park’s Work and Why Frisco pages, including current office availability across the entire park.
A Workplace Worth Choosing
For Ruiz Foods, a headquarters was never just a place to clock in. Kimberli Carroll and her team found a campus that welcomed them as more than tenants and helped connect them to the Frisco community they now call home. As HALL Park continues to grow, that advantage will only get bigger. If your company is looking for a Frisco, TX office that gives your team room to connect, both inside and outside the building, HALL Park is worth a serious look.
