Your Health, On Campus
HALL Park brings essential health services directly to campus so tenants can prioritize their wellbeing without disrupting their day. Quarterly mobile blood drives make it easy to give back and save lives. Quarterly BodySpec DEXA scans deliver precise body composition measurements, including body fat, lean muscle, and bone density, going far beyond what a standard scale can tell you. Annual onsite flu shot clinics keep tenants protected heading into flu season. Blood drives are free, DEXA scans and flu shots are tenant-paid, and scheduling details for all three are communicated to tenants ahead of each visit.
Connecting With Nature
HALL Park is home to two onsite bee hives housing around 40,000 bees — a thriving part of the campus ecosystem. The bees produce honey that is sourced and jarred by Oak Cliff BeeCo and sent back to HALL Park to share with tenants. Once a year, tenants are invited to a hands-on beekeeping workshop led by local beekeepers, exploring the lifecycle of the hive and the art of beekeeping — a one-of-a-kind experience connecting the HALL Park community with nature right on campus.
Built Responsibly
HALL Park is built with sustainability in mind. Several buildings have earned LEED certification, The Monarch and The Tower have received Fitwel Certification, and on-site beehives, EV charging stations, and monthly recycling events reflect a campus that’s as committed to the environment as it is to the people in it.
HALL Park offers a comprehensive suite of wellness programs for tenants, including a 13,000 SF fitness center, HP Trails, monthly wellness seminars, parkwide step challenges, quarterly BodySpec DEXA scans, mobile blood drives, onsite bee hives with an annual workshop, flu shot clinics, a bike share program, free outdoor fitness classes at Kaleidoscope Park, and fitness events at HALL Park Hotel.
