August 5, 2025 – HALL Park announced today that Standard Insurance Company (The Standard), an insurance and financial services company, has signed a ten-year lease for 21,163 square feet at The Tower at HALL Park, the campus’ new 16-story office building. The Standard is expected to move into the space in early 2026. The lease was brokered by Rick Pearson, Ryan Hoopes, and Dean Dahlsten of Cushman & Wakefield.

HALL Park is moving into its second phase of redevelopment to transform from a singular office focus into a mixed-use development designed for work, living, and social connection. This shift reflects a growing demand among companies for more than a traditional office campus, favoring environments that support collaboration, flexibility, and employee engagement.

The Standard, with employees, customers and partners located nationwide, has been seeking a centrally located, multi-use office space that will support sales operations while primarily serving as a key meeting and collaboration hub for teams, customers, and partners coming together from across the country.

“The Standard is excited to locate our first regional hub at The Tower HALL Park,” said Chris Beaulieu, executive vice president and chief investment officer at The Standard. “Our new home in Texas will help support our rapid growth in recent years and support both our employees as well as our partners and customers.”

The direct connection between The Tower and the new HALL Park Hotel – Marriott Autograph Collection played a key role in the company’s decision. The ability to provide on-site accommodations for visiting team members and clients, along with access to meeting facilities, dining, and outdoor gathering spaces, is a unique offering in today’s office market.
