The Tower at HALL Park has been named Best Suburban Office Project in the Dallas Business Journal’s Best Real Estate Deals Awards, a recognition that underscores what tenants and the broader North Texas real estate community have quickly come to see: this building is in a class of its own.
Located along the Dallas North Tollway in Frisco, The Tower is a 16-story, 400,000-square-foot Class AAA office building and the centerpiece of HALL Park’s ongoing $7 billion campus transformation. Completed in 2024, it joins Kaleidoscope Park, HALL Park Hotel, and The Monarch luxury residences as part of the first phase of a master plan that is reshaping the 162-acre campus into a mixed-use destination.
An Office Experience Reimagined
The Tower at HALL Park was designed from the ground up to go beyond the traditional office. Every floor features two expansive outdoor terraces, and tenants have access to two rooftop amenity decks, a private corporate lounge, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and 10,000 square feet of ground-level retail and restaurant space. The building also carries a Fitwel One-Star Certification, a globally recognized standard for buildings that support occupant health and wellbeing.
Direct connectivity to HALL Park Hotel — a Marriott Autograph Collection property with 20,000 square feet of event space and chef-driven dining — gives tenants seamless access to hospitality and conferencing without leaving the campus.
“Our goal with The Tower was not just to build another office building, but to create an experience, one that inspires creativity and fosters a sense of community where business, culture, and lifestyle intersect,” said Craig Hall, founder and chairman of HALL Group.
Flexible Space for Growing Companies
The Tower offers a range of leasing options, from move-in-ready spec suites to full-floor opportunities and custom build-to-suit configurations. Through HALL Select, HALL Park’s rapid-design program, companies can move into a fully branded, customized office in as little as eight weeks.
Chobani was announced as the building’s first tenant, signing a lease of 28,674 square feet and relocating its Plano office to establish a larger workplace and customer experience center in Frisco.
A Market on the Move
Frisco’s momentum as a corporate destination makes The Tower’s location particularly compelling. The city has been recognized by the U.S. Census Bureau as the fastest-growing large city in the nation, with more than 70 companies relocating there over the past five years and over 30,000 new jobs created since 2020.
The Dallas Business Journal award affirms that The Tower isn’t just a strong addition to the Frisco skyline, it’s setting the standard for what suburban office can be.
