FRISCO, TEXAS – May 27, 2026 – Hall Park announced today two significant milestones advancing the next chapter of its transformative mixed-use vision in Frisco. Developed by Hall Group, Hall Park is preparing to break ground on a new Class A office tower, The Terraces Hall Park, alongside the expansion of Kaleidoscope Park, which is owned by the City of Frisco and operated by the Kaleidoscope Park Foundation as a nonprofit, public-private partnership.

Both projects represent the first developments within the next phase of Hall Park’s multibillion-dollar reinvention into a walkable, amenity-rich district that integrates office, residential, hospitality, dining, public art and expansive green space. Construction on the office tower and park is expected to begin in the next month with delivery anticipated for the park and office in 2028. The Beck Group is the architect and contractor for both projects.

The office project will deliver more than 200,000 square feet of premium workspace above a parking structure with more than 1,300 spaces. The 10-story building will feature terraces on each floor, and an amenity floor with meeting space, bar/lounge area, and an expansive terrace overlooking Kaleidoscope Park. The building will also feature a fitness center with the latest wellness offerings. About 60% of the building will be delivered as thoughtfully designed, move-in-ready spec suites, intentionally sized to meet the needs of today’s small- to mid-sized users such as professional services and consulting firms, family offices, boutique legal practices, and corporations entering the market seeking a high-quality business  environment within a premier mixed-use destination. The remaining 40% will be delivered as customizable shell space.

Complementing this corporate growth, Hall Park is also advancing the next phase of Kaleidoscope Park through a $14 million expansion in partnership with the City of Frisco, HALL Group, Kaleidoscope Park Foundation, and Frisco Community Development Corporation. The expansion will add approximately 1.4 acres to the public park, introducing additional landscaped areas, an enhanced performance lawn, a water feature, and a large outdoor video screen and performance stage to accommodate expanded community programming and events. Since opening, the park has quickly become a premier gathering space for residents, visitors, and businesses across North Texas.

Craig Hall, Founder and CEO of Hall Group, said, “Choosing to build new office space in this environment is a deliberate and future-focused decision. The workplace is evolving, and we’re responding with a product designed for tomorrow’s employees; highly curated, hospitality-driven and built around flexibility. The expansion of Kaleidoscope Park is integral to this growth. Access to vibrant greenspace, programming and outdoor gathering areas during the workday isn’t a secondary amenity, its core to the offering.”

Shawn Jackson, Executive Director of the Kaleidoscope Park Foundation, added, “The response to Kaleidoscope Park has truly exceeded expectations, and this next phase allows us to expand our programming in meaningful ways. We are excited to build on what we’ve started, creating even more opportunities for families, businesses, and visitors to gather, celebrate, and experience something special. This expansion is about more than growth. It is about creating lasting memories for years and generations to come.”

Additional details regarding the second phase of Hall Park’s redevelopment will be announced later this year. For more information on Hall Park, visit https://hallpark.com, and for Kaleidoscope Park, visit https://kaleidoscopepark.org.
