Frisco Office Space: What the HALL Park Expansion Means for Future Tenants
Thinking about your next move? Talk with our leasing team about available office space at HALL Park today.
If you’re comparing Frisco office space, the HALL Park expansion belongs on your shortlist. HALL Park is a 162-acre mixed-use campus in Frisco, TX, along the Dallas North Tollway. It’s in the middle of a multi-billion-dollar masterplan that will keep improving the campus long after you sign a lease.
What Is the HALL Park Expansion?
The HALL Park expansion is the next phase of HALL Group’s master plan for its 162-acre campus in Frisco, TX. It includes The Terraces HALL Park, a 10-story Class A office building with more than 200,000 square feet; a $14 million, 1.4-acre expansion of Kaleidoscope Park; and two new restaurants, Tango Room and Commissary. Construction began in June 2026. The restaurants are expected in early 2027, and the office building and park expansion are expected in 2028.
The new projects join what’s already on campus: The Tower at HALL Park, HALL Park Hotel, a luxury residential building, The Monarch at HALL Park, the Texas Sculpture Garden and Janet Echelman’s “Butterfly Rest Stop.” See the full plan, including renderings and timelines, on The Future of HALL Park page.
Why Are Companies Choosing Amenity-Rich Office Space in North Texas?
Companies across North Texas are moving to newer, amenity-rich Class A buildings because those buildings help them recruit, keep employees, and get people back in the office. In the first quarter of 2026, Class A office buildings in Dallas–Fort Worth absorbed a net 283,282 square feet while Class B buildings lost 493,481 square feet, according to Partners Real Estate. The same report found tenants moving toward buildings with more amenities, which are concentrated in Uptown and the northern suburbs.
Frisco Mayor Jeff Cheney said as much at the June 2026 groundbreaking for The Terraces and the Kaleidoscope Park expansion, as reported by Community Impact: “This is the future of mixed-use office development where you have to create places like this to attract companies.”
HALL Park was built on that idea. People can grab coffee, walk to lunch, take a meeting outside or put a client up at the hotel without getting back in the car.
What New Restaurants Are Coming to HALL Park?
Two restaurants from Headington Companies, Tango Room and Commissary, are expected to open in early 2027 on the ground level of The Monarch at HALL Park. Both will overlook Kaleidoscope Park and the HALL Park Hotel, according to The Dallas Morning News.
- Commissary covers the workday: espresso, breakfast pastries, quick lunches, bottled wine, a small market and catering for team meetings.
- Tango Room covers the big moments: premium steaks, fresh pastas and private dining for client dinners and team celebrations.
For a company that hosts clients or recruits often, having both a short walk from the office makes a real difference.
What Does the Kaleidoscope Park Expansion Add?
The $14 million Kaleidoscope Park expansion adds about 1.4 acres, a performance stage, an enhanced performance lawn, a water feature and an outdoor video screen, with delivery expected in 2028. The City of Frisco, HALL Group, the Kaleidoscope Park Foundation, and the Frisco Community Development Corporation are partnering on the project, according to HALL Group.
Along with the Texas Sculpture Garden and the art across campus, the park gives HALL Park something most office buildings can’t offer: a workplace that feels like a neighborhood.
What Office Space Options Are There at HALL Park?
HALL Park is built for companies that plan to grow. You can see available office space across our buildings today, then expand on the same campus later, keeping the same address and the same commute for your team. The Terraces HALL Park adds another option when it delivers in 2028. About 60% of the building will be move-in-ready suites and about 40% customizable space, according to HALL Group, plus an amenity floor with meeting space, a bar and lounge, a fitness center, and a terrace overlooking Kaleidoscope Park.
