Headington Companies to Bring Commissary and Tango Room to Frisco’s HALL Park

DALLAS, TEXAS — October 29, 2025 — Dallas-based HALL Group announced today that Headington Companies has signed a lease to bring Commissary and Tango Room, two of Dallas’ most celebrated dining destinations, to HALL Park in Frisco, Texas. Both concepts are slated to open in fall 2026 as part of HALL Park’s ongoing transformation into a premier mixed-use community. Located at 3101 Gaylord Parkway, the concepts will occupy ground-level retail space beneath HALL Park’s luxury apartment development, The Monarch, and adjacent to the community’s 5.7-acre Kaleidoscope Park and HALL Park Hotel, further adding to HALL Park’s dining, hospitality, and lifestyle amenities.

Commissary is a café, bakery, gelateria, espresso bar, and neighborhood market, offering everything from morning buns, breakfast tacos, and lattes to leisurely weekend brunches and on-the-go lunches. Its market rounds out the menu with beer and wine, gelato, frozen soups, breads, and fresh-baked pastries, as well as freshly made catering options for breakfast and lunch meetings.

Tango Room is known for its intimate ambiance while reimagining the modern steakhouse experience. Its menu features timeless classics including New York strip, pomme purée, and foie gras—alongside more modern renditions like lobster corndogs, uni tagliatelle, and its signature caviar martini. The dimly lit but lively space will blend luxury and ease while featuring a robust wine list, a larger bar than its Dallas location, as well as a private dining room for special events and gatherings.
