HALL Park Expands Mixed-Use Vision with New Residential Development in Frisco

FRISCO, TEXAS – October 6, 2026 – Hall Park announced today that it is preparing to break ground on Terra Residences, the next residential development within the 162-acre mixed-use community in Frisco. Developed by Hall Group, Terra Residences will build on the success of The Monarch, Hall Park’s existing luxury apartment tower, while bringing additional residential offerings to the growing district. Construction is expected to begin this fall, with completion anticipated in fall 2028. Architecture Demarest serves as the project architect, Faulkner Design Group is leading the interior design, and LMF Construction is serving as the general contractor.

Terra Residences will deliver 105 apartment homes serving both HALL Park tenants and Frisco residents seeking a connected lifestyle within one of North Texas’ fastest-growing communities. The property will offer a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans, with an average unit size of approximately 900 square feet, high-end finishes, open-concept layouts, and modern design throughout.

Located within HALL Park’s evolving mixed-use district, Terra residents will enjoy access to green space and hospitality-driven programming, including the newly developed Kaleidoscope Park, scenic lakes and walking trails, upcoming retail destinations Tango Room and Commissary, both expected to open in early 2027, and a new neighboring health and wellness facility to be announced in the coming months.
