HALL Park is proud to introduce The Tower at HALL Park, the latest milestone in a visionary transformation that is redefining one of North Texas’ pioneering office campuses. The 16-story office building encompasses 400,000 square feet of rentable office space, reinventing the traditional workplace by emphasizing functionality, wellness, and tenant experience. Strategically located in the heart of Frisco, the city has been recognized by the U.S. Census Bureau in 2024 as the fastest-growing large city in the nation.

Founded by Craig Hall in the late 1980s, HALL Park was one of the first master-planned office developments in Frisco, built with a long-term vision to create not only a place for business, but a community where companies could grow and be successful. Over the years, the park has become home to more than 200 companies across 15 buildings, representing a range of industries from technology to finance. With its signature art collection, abundant green space with lakes and trails, and thoughtful design, HALL Park helped shape Frisco’s emergence as a premier business destination.

Now, with the introduction of The Tower, HALL Park enters a new era. The building is a central component of HALL Park’s $7 billion masterplan, which is transforming the 162-acre campus into a next-generation, mixed-use destination. The first phase of redevelopment, completed in late 2024, introduced key projects including Kaleidoscope Park, a 5.7-acre programmed park; The Monarch, a luxury residential high-rise; and HALL Park Hotel – Marriott Autograph Collection hotel.

Craig Hall, founder and chairman of HALL Group, shared his vision for the ongoing evolution of HALL Park: “Our goal with The Tower was not just to build another office building, but to create an experience—one that inspires creativity and fosters a sense of community where business, culture, and lifestyle intersect.”

Designed by the internationally acclaimed architecture firm HKS, The Tower offers expansive floorplates with 10-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, complemented by two private terraces on every level. These features bring abundant natural light and sweeping views of Kaleidoscope Park and The Star.

Inside, a state-of-the-art fitness center supports health throughout the day, while a hospitality lounge offers adaptable space for informal meetings, client receptions, or after-hours networking. The outdoor amenity deck features fire pits, warming drawers, grills, refrigerators, and multiple seating areas, providing tenants with an upscale outdoor experience that encourages both productivity and connection.

Frisco’s trajectory as a corporate magnet continues to accelerate. Over the past five years, more than 70 companies have relocated their operations to the city, contributing to the creation of over 30,000 new jobs since 2020. Ranked consistently among the “Top 5 Best Places to Work in Texas,” Frisco remains at the forefront of the business landscape.

Frisco and The Tower’s business appeal is already evident, with national food brand Chobani signing a lease for 28,674 RSF. The lease marks Chobani’s relocation of its Plano office to Frisco, where the company will create a larger presence to serve as a dynamic workplace and customer experience center. Chobani plans to move into the space this summer.

For companies seeking a flexible, high-performance footprint, The Tower offers move-in-ready luxury spec suites ranging from 1,300 to 7,700 square feet. Each suite is thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes, glass-front offices and conference rooms, spacious collaboration zones, and hospitality-style break areas.

A recent study by Future Workplace found that 78% of employees believe access to natural light and outdoor views enhances their well-being and job satisfaction, making these features a priority for modern office environments. The Tower delivers with direct access to Kaleidoscope Park, where tenants can step outside into a Wi-Fi-enabled green space and engage in everything from morning yoga and arts and cultural events to food trucks and concerts—all within steps of their desk.

Tenants of The Tower also benefit from direct access to HALL Park Hotel, which offers over 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space, a chef-driven restaurant Palato Italian Kitchen and Lounge with indoor and terrace seating, and 60 long-term-stay Reserve Suites. These suites are ideal for corporate relocations or visiting executives, offering apartment-style accommodations with patios overlooking the park. Whether hosting a board meeting or entertaining clients, The Tower tenants can enjoy access to premium hospitality services.

The Tower at HALL Park is more than a place to work, it’s a symbol of Frisco’s growth and a reflection of what the future of office will be.
